Our Green Belt program covers 36 hours of classroom training and total of 20 hours dedicated towards pre-course work and project work.

Availability of large amount of data around the smallest of activities has created opportunities that never existed earlier. Therefore, they hire experts who can help in this endeavor.

Total program duration is 60 hours which covers 32 hours of classroom training + 28 hours of reinforcement through mentor led sessions and self learning.

Black Belts are pretty much self-sufficient and motivated individuals who have a strong bent towards driving breakthrough improvements. These individuals lead from the front and carry a chain reaction throughout the organization.

Our Black Belt program covers 60 hours of classroom contact and another 80 hours allocated to pre, break and post session practice through video lectures, exercises and project work. The 60 hours of classroom contact is divided into two parts over a period of two months.

At this level you learn to handle large amount of data with ease. You learn advanced machine learning and predictive modeling techniques to be able to come up with right recommendations for your organization in order to save millions of dollars.

This program covers 108 hours of classroom contact over a period of six months + 32 hours reinforcement through mentor led  sessions and self learning. Between the contact sessions there are practice exercises and assignments.
